Meet the Team
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Abo and his brothers Omar and Mohamed always ate fresh and healthy meats. It wasn’t easy, but their immigrant parents made an effort to get fresh chicken and meat, driving hours outside the city to local farms to get their chicken and meat in a traditional fashion, just like the old days. After settling in San Antonio, Abo and his brothers realized fresh and healthy meat was difficult to get, so they decided to bring the farm to the city.
Alamo Farms has made fresh, quality, and healthy chicken and meat accessible to San Antonio and local communities, making Farm-to-Table a reality in the 21st century. Our mission is to feed San Antonions fresh, grass fed, hormone free poultry and livestock. With over 20+ years of experience, we deeply care about our customers and community. We work very hard, day and night, to support our local community in San Antonio.
